Hi, my name is Alana. Having over 11 years management experience at one of NE Florida’s oldest and most respected screen enclosure businesses, I was primarily responsible for evaluating the current operations and putting systems into place to help the company function more efficiently. I not only assisted in growing the business exponentially while there, but also helped with technology integration to facilitate an easier process for our team and faster turnaround times for our clients. Improving communication and information-sharing between employees and clients alike led to both higher customer satisfaction and decreased stress between team members. Combined, the improvements made over the last 11 years helped grow our business 10x in revenue.

I was also responsible for the CAD designs of the enclosures and created complete 3D Renderings when needed for design inspiration, decision making, or Home Owners Association approvals. Having learned and attaining the knowledge from the owners with 30+ years in the field, installation crews with over 100+ combined years of experience, and my very own husband, I have been able to assist in designing some of the most complex and aesthetically pleasing enclosures in NE Florida. This has given me the advantage of being able to take some of the most difficult layouts of decks or homes and still create an aesthetically pleasing, while functional enclosure design.
